Ingredients:
½ lb smoked trout flaked and removed from skin
½ cup crème fraiche
½ cup plain full fat Greek yogurt
Chopped Dill
Chopped Parsley
Chopped Chives
Pepper
Flaky sea salt
Juice of ½ Lemon
1 T of Atomic Horseradish
Instructions:
Mix ingredients together, fold in trout, and store in glass jam jars. Serve with crackers or sliced toasted baguette.
